Brooks & Dunn, Taylor Swift, Chris Young and several other country stars are proving their hearts are as deep as their pockets. The generous artists are part of a long list of celebrities who are making large donations to benefit Musicians on Call (MOC).

The charity, now in it's 11th year, aims to provide live music to hospital patients too sick to travel to concerts. Already aiding over 190,000 patients, MOC raises money through an ongoing auction on eBay filled with donated concert tickets, autographed guitars and other valuable memorabilia.

Artists offering concert tickets and meet-and-greet passes include Taylor, Brooks & Dunn, Keith Urban, Reba McEntire, Alan Jackson, Brad Paisley, Martina McBride, Kellie Pickler and Chris. Autographed guitars are now on sale by Darius Rucker, Carrie Underwood, Vince Gill, Kellie and Brad.

Fans wanting to bid on their favorite artist's items can find the auction here. In addition MOC will also host a fashion show. Held in the Wildhorse Saloon on June 8 as part of Nashville's CMA Music Fest, Joe Nichols will serve as the event's emcee.
