Brad Paisley's 'Old Alabama' remains at the top of the Billboard country chart for a second week in a row, while the song climbs to No. 1 on the Mediabase/Country Aircheck chart this week. Keith Urban's 'Without You' is No. 2 on Billboard, while Rascal Flatts' 'I Won't Let Go' drops to second place on Mediabase. Keith and Rascal Flatts switch places: 'I Won't Let Go' is No. 3 on Billboard and 'Without You' is in third place on Mediabase.

The songs of the group Alabama, who appear with Brad on the singer's 19th chart-topping song, 'Old Alabama,' are timeless, and according to Brad, have influenced the current crop of country artists. "I said to Randy [Owen], 'I hope you like what's on the radio because you're really responsible,'" the reigning CMA Entertainer of the Year explains. "There's very few, I would say 'artists,' but bands ... country music acts that have influenced the current generation like they have. It had to do with they really tapped into something that became just so timeless."

"'Mountain Music' and 'Dixieland Delight,' 'Lady Down on Love' ... 'Tennessee River' and 'Forty Hour Week,' -- these things still sound unlike anyone else," Brad continues. "They sound just like them. They have that ability and that knack and that talent to write and play and sing and sound unique."

The West Virginia native is prepping to hit the road with his H20 II: Wetter & Wilder world tour on Friday in Virginia Beach, Va. Click here for a complete list of Brad's tour dates.
