Brad Paisley's record label has revealed the release date for his next album.

The upcoming project is slated to drop on Aug. 26, Sony announced Thursday (May 8). The singer will launch the album with an appearance on 'Good Morning America' on Aug. 29 as part of the Summer Concert Series.

No title has yet been yet been confirmed for the upcoming release, which is Paisley's ninth studio album. The singer recently joked about titling the new album 'Thoughts From a Bumpkin.'

“Looking at the world through the eyes of a country singer is an interesting thing,” he explains. “It should be easy to like.”

The album will feature Paisley's new single, 'River Bank,' which he debuted at the ACM Awards.

Paisley will also reportedly serve as a judge on ABC's upcoming TV reality singing competition, 'Rising Star.'
