Billy Ray Cyrus’ Wife Files for Divorce

Billy Ray Cyrusand his wife, Tish Cyrus, are headed for divorce again. Tish filed for divorce from the country star in Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday (June 13), citing irreconcilable differences.

The couple have been married for 19 years and have five children, one of whom is former 'Hannah Montana' star Miley Cyrus. This is not the first time they have separated; Billy Ray filed his own divorce petition three years ago, but later withdrew it in favor of trying to work things out in the marriage.

The date of separation is not specified in Tish Cyrus' filing, which was obtained by TMZ. The couple's only minor child is Noah, 13, and Tish is asking for full physical and legal custody, with visitation rights to Billy Ray. She is also seeking spousal support and asking that Billy Ray pay her attorney fees.

"This is a personal matter and we are working to find a resolution that is in the best interest of our family," Tish Cyrus says in a statement to TMZ. "We ask that you respect our privacy at this time."
