
Bellamy Brothers’ Mom Dies at 85
Frances Bellamy, the mother of Howard and David Bellamy -- best known as country duo the Bellamy Brothers -- passed away on Christmas Eve day, at her home on the brothers' ranch in Darby, Fla. She was 85. On their official website, the brothers report she was surrounded at her bedside by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren at the time of her passing.
Private funeral services were held for the family. Fans can offer their condolences via e-mail to michael@hodgefuneralhome.com or submit donations in Frances Bellamy's honor by visiting Hospice Care's website.
Howard and David have devoted a special section of their website to the woman known simply as "Ma Bellamy."
