It's going to be a busy week for Tracy Lawrence, as he heads to the small screen to help promote his latest album, 'Headlights, Taillights and Radios.'

The 45-year-old will appear as a celebrity co-host on the TV show 'The Broadcast' on Tuesday, Sept. 24. During the two-hour broadcast, Lawrence will perform tunes from the new album, as well as share the significance behind the project, which marks the first release on his own record label, Lawrence Music Group.

His appearance is part of the show's highly-anticipated launch week, as the show begins syndication to eight Texas markets, including Dallas-Fort Worth, Abilene and Corpus Christi. Lawrence is the first celebrity guest invited to co-host the show.

In addition to his appearance on 'The Broadcast,' the Texan will appear on both 'Good Morning Texas' and 'The Texas Daily' on Monday (Sept. 23). He will also perform 'The Star-Spangled Banner' that evening at the Texas Rangers-Houston Astros game.

The singer-songwriter says the new set of tunes is unlike anything he has recorded in the past. "I started recording in the direction to make a more traditional country record," he explains. "But as time progressed, I needed to explore and challenge myself musically. I wanted to go deeper and try a more edgy and progressive sound that reflected where I was going next. The combination really worked well for me and I think it will appeal to many different types of country music fans.”

Lawrence will perform several shows over the next few months to support the new album. See all of his upcoming shows here.
