Tracy Lawrence is set to host the eighth annual Mission Possible Turkey Fry to benefit the Nashville Rescue Mission. The all-day event takes place Tuesday (Nov. 26), from 8AM to 5PM CST.

Lawrence began the event in 2006 and has since brought in close to 6,500 turkeys and provided over 40,000 meals to help feed the Nashville-area homeless.

“The Nashville Rescue Mission is a blessing to our community,” Lawrence says in a press release. “Each year I am humbled by the outpouring of support from friends who give their time to be part of the Turkey Fry. This special day allows us the opportunity to help raise awareness of the great services the Mission provides everyday to the homeless and those in need.”

Past events have received help from stars like Jason Aldean, John Rich, Restless Heart and Brad Arnold of 3 Doors Down. This year, Tennessee Titans players Rob Bironas and Andy Lavitre will join the Titans cheerleaders at the event, with musical guests making appearances throughout the day.
