Trace Adkins has a new album due out November 25, but don't expect to hear too much of the music from it at his concerts -- not yet anyway. The country star tells the Columbus Dispatch that he doesn't plan to "bombard" fans with songs they don't know yet.

"I'm just going to throw a couple of new ones in there, just give them a little taste," says Adkins, "because I remember when I was young, going to concerts, and there'd be some act up there that you'd been a fan of for 10, 12 years and they'd want to do their new album: 'No, don't do that. I don't want to hear the new album. I want to hear the stuff that caused me to be a fan in the first place.'"

Also in the article, Adkins recalls the number of times his 'Celebrity Apprentice' boss Donald Trump suggested (off camera) that he take off his cowboy hat because he had nice hair. Earlier this year, in an exclusive interview with The Boot, Adkins said Trump "has hair envy of me."

Adkins is currently on tour with James Otto and Alan Jackson.
