Trace Adkins is set for another appearance on ABC's 'Extreme Makeover: Home Edition,' on Sunday (Oct. 18).

In this latest episode, Trace travels to Lancaster, Texas, to meet Carlton Marshall, a man who lost most of his mobility and all of his hearing after being shot while leading a Dallas Police Department SWAT team.

Trace and his team will rebuild Cartlon and Susan Marshall's home in seven days, allowing the Marshalls to continue their long-time volunteer work with horseback-riding therapy for children and adults with mental and physical challenges.

"I've worked with 'Extreme Makeover: Home Edition' three times now and I personally feel that they're doing God's work," says Trace. "It's such a noble thing that those folks do and anytime I get a chance to be a part of it and help out in some way, I'm always eager to do it. This experience was very emotional because all of his fellow police officers were there and the emotion on those tough guys' faces -- it was heavy. It was a beautiful moment."

Trace's latest hit, 'All I Ask for Anymore,' is currently climbing the country chart. He'll also be heard on Blake Shelton's upcoming single 'Hillbilly Bone.'
