Toby Keith continues his support for children battling cancer with the Sixth Annual Toby Keith & Friends Golf Classic benefiting Ally's House.

The two-day event, a combination of a 'Denim and Diamonds' Friday night party and Saturday golf tournament, will take place June 12 and 13 in Norman, Okla. The annual event has raised more than $2.3 million for the organization Keith helped establish to assist pediatric cancer patients and their families throughout the entertainer's home state.

Keith is aware that the turbulent economy has made this year a difficult one for charitable organizations, but says support for Ally's House remains an important priority for him.

"I will always be committed to these kids," he says. "More of them are diagnosed all the time and they need our help now like never before."

On Friday night, golfers and their guests will enjoy dinner and live music at the Riverwind Casino. The evening also includes an auction that traditionally features a dizzying array of items up for bids. Last year¹s auction included a New York City trip with tickets to 'Saturday Night Live,' a 'Fighter Pilot for a Day' package, PGA passes including airfare and hotel accommodations, and trip to join the crew of Discovery Channel's 'Deadliest Catch' in Seattle, Washington.

Ally's House is named for Allison Webb, the daughter of Keith's friend and original bandmate Scott Webb. Ally died of cancer in August 2003, one month short of her third birthday. Keith and Ally's parents founded the nonprofit in 2004, naming it Ally's House because the child's fondest wish when she was sick was to go home, or go to "Ally's house." Since the organization began its mission in 2004, Ally's House has helped the families of nearly 300 children during cancer treatments, assisting with medical bills, prescriptions, housing, transportation, toys, food, clothing and other expenses. This year, the organization will complete major renovations to the oncology ward of The Children's Hospital at OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City. Improvements include a new playroom, family resource room, infusion room and palliative care room.
