Tim McGraw Plans Veteran’s Day Tribute Concert

Tim McGraw has announced a special tribute concert for members of the military and their families to celebrate Veteran’s Day on Nov. 10 in Jacksonville, Florida.

McGraw created the HomeFront program with Chase and Operation Homefront last year to help give mortgage-free homes to wounded veterans and military members. So far they have awarded more than 70 homes, and will give another to a family on the day of the event.

"It's easy for me to show up and play music to honor the men and women who have the really tough jobs," McGraw says in a press release. "To me, it's just one small thing I can do to help show how much we appreciate what they put on the line and what these families sacrifice every single day. Since we started the program 18 months ago, I have had the privilege of meeting many service members and their families and have heard many inspiring stories. It's something I'm proud to do and want to take it as far as we can!"

‘Chase Presents Live from the HomeFront: Tim McGraw’ will be held at US Naval Station Mayport, and will also air a live broadcast at 8:45PM EST on the Pentagon Channel, as well as online on McGraw’s website and YouTube channel.
