Tim McGraw sure knows how to tease his fans. The country star shared another hint about his new music on social media on Monday (Sept. 14) -- but things are still pretty cryptic.

McGraw posted a photo of himself in a white-walled structure, which now contains the word "damn" in black capital letters along with the date "11-6-15." The singer is down on one knee, holding a paint brush and leaning back toward a can of black paint, as though he's getting ready to dunk the brush into the can and paint something else (after all, he clearly hasn't revealed all of the information yet!).

Last Monday (Sept. 7), McGraw posted a photo of himself inside the same white-walled structure, with the date "11-6-15" painted on the wall. McGraw’s website also notes that “new McGraw music” is coming on that date, and while there's a chance that McGraw is only planning to release a new single or song, it's likely that the release will be the new album that he began hinting at back in May.

“I think music is always a progression — it kind of shows where you’ve gone, where you’re at and where you’re going,” he explains. “And that’s what I try to do with my music ... Music sort of puts you in a place in time. All I try to do is get better in the studio and get better as an artist, get better as a communicator and try to please myself as much as anything.”

McGraw released a new single, “Top of the World,” in August. He has also revealed a lyric video for the tune.

The 48-year-old's 2015 Shotgun Rider Tour will wrap up on Sept. 19 in Irvine, Calif.
