Tim McGraw has certainly accomplished plenty in a career that has spanned more than two decades.

The singer has sold more than 40 million albums, had 34 No. 1 songs, and launched many successful tours, as well as became a Vegas act with his wife, Faith Hill, with their current Soul2Soul residency. He's also starred in several hit movies, such as the Oscar-winning film, 'The Blind Side,' and 2010's 'Country Strong.'

But the 46-year-old says he is only at the beginning of what he hopes to accomplish.

“I certainly feel like that I’ve hit a new stride in my career,” McGraw says in the above video. “I feel like there’s so much more ahead of me and like I’m sort of just looking at the horizon and it’s getting bigger and bigger.”

The Louisiana native adds that he hopes to spend much of the upcoming year doing what he loves the most -- performing to a room full of fans.

“I think that what you dream about doing and what you want to do is, you want to be on the road in front of thousands of people and just slinging sweat and yelling at the top of your lungs,” he adds. “That’s the energy you look for in music.”

McGraw gives a cryptic hint on his website about an upcoming announcement, saying only "New Year. New McGraw," along with the date Jan. 13, 2014.

He has plenty of concerts scheduled in the new year, including both his shows with his wife in Sin City, as well as his own headlining gigs. See a complete list here.
