Thomas Rhett is wasting no time getting his daughters acclimated to life on the road. On Friday night (Sept. 15), during a concert in Pennsylvania, Rhett's one-month-old daughter Ada James made her onstage debut.

Rhett was performing at the York Fair in York, Pa. on Friday night when his wife Lauren brought Ada and daughter Willa Gray out onstage to say hello to the crowd. Readers can press play above to see footage of the totally adorable moment (made even sweeter by Rhett's caption on the Instagram post: "Love when the fam comes out").

Ada James was born on Aug. 12; Willa Gray, whom Rhett and his wife adopted from Uganda, arrived in the U.S. in mid-May. Shortly after he and Lauren brought her home, Rhett brought Willa onstage to say hello to the crowd during a concert in Mississippi.

Career-wise, Rhett recently released a new album, Life Changes; one of the verses of its title track discusses expanding his family (somewhat unexpectedly) so quickly. Family has been, and will likely continue to be, a huge focus for Rhett in his music, too.

“I’ve written a couple songs that just talk about the severe shock of knowing that you’re adopting a child and then you find out that you’re pregnant,” Rhett says. “I can definitely see myself in the near future pretty much only writing about my children. It will be fun to see how they act and see what kind of inspiration I get from them.”

Rhett's Pennsylvania show was part of his 2017 Home Team Tour.
