The Oak Ridge Boys will celebrate the holiday season and give back to American servicemen and -women by hosting the 2015 American Legion Christmas Special.

The Grammy-winning group performed songs such as "Christmas Time's a Comin'," "Jingle Bells" and "Christmas Cookies," among others, for the television special and welcomed special guests including the Gatlin Brothers and more. The American Legion Christmas Special will premiere on Dec. 12 and air through the new year; check your local listings for specific dates and times.

The American Legion Christmas Special will help raise awareness and money for the American Legion, the nation's largest wartime veterans organization, which is committed to improving the lives and communities of veterans and servicemembers. The Oak Ridge Boys first teamed up with the American Legion in 2014 and have assisted in numerous efforts by the organization.

The Oak Ridge Boys are currently out on their 26th annual Christmas Night Out Tour. The trek is scheduled to run through Dec. 23.

“There is nothing quite like an Oak Ridge Boys Christmas show," says Oak Ridge Boys member Joe Bonsall. "This tour has become an Oak Ridge Boys tradition and is a tremendous experience for the entire family."
