As part of their Elevator Sessions series, the Brothers Comatose are debuting a cover of the classic Hank Williams tune “My Bucket’s Got a Hole in It” for readers of The Boot.

As viewers will notice, this Elevator Sessions video doesn’t exactly get off to a great start, thanks to an interaction with a security guard at the Westin St. Francis Hotel in San Francisco, Calif., where this installment of the series was filmed.

“We thought that would be a great spot to shoot," vocalist Ben Morrison tells The Boot, "but figured we would probably get kicked out immediately since it’s a pretty fancy hotel and we were obviously not staying there."

Fortunately, the Brothers Comatose found a fellow bluegrass fan in a friendly hotel employee: "Turns out the concierge there loves bluegrass," Morrison explains. The concierge helped the group get into the hotel's glass-enclosed elevator (check out those views!) and "let us ride that thing for about an hour, playing tunes for all the passengers."

For those fans not lucky enough to find themselves in that Bay Area elevator, the Brothers Comatose -- Morrison, his brother Alex, Gio Benedetti, Philip Brezina and Ryan Avellone -- are on the road throughout this spring in support of their latest release, playing shows in Washington, California and Oregon. Their cover of “My Bucket's Got a Hole in It" appears on the band’s latest project, titled The Covers EP: Volume 2.
