The Band Perry's beautiful mansion in Thousand Oaks, Calif., is on the market. Siblings Kimberly, Reid and Neil Perry didn't live there full time, People reports, but the home was where they camped out to create their newest project, a pop project called Coordinates, released in 2018.

The Perrys purchased the Spanish-inspired mansion that same year, for $2.641 million; now, they're asking for $2.949 million for the 5,625-square-foot home, which was built in 1981 and features five bedrooms, five full bathrooms and one half bathroom, a family room, a great room, a wet bar, multiple fireplaces and plenty of private balconies from which to enjoy the breathtaking views.

In addition to all of the great amenities inside the home, the property also includes a pool, spa area, impressive grilling pit, three-car garage and courtyard. “Boasting mountain and expansive sunset views from Westlake to Moorpark, this beautiful west-facing home offers the ultimate privacy on an approximately two-acre property,” says Bryan Abrams, the real estate agent through whom the home is listed.
