Taylor SwiftShe may be only 20 years old, but Taylor Swift is already rivaling some high-profile names, including Oprah Winfrey and Michelle Obama, when it comes to the world's most influential people.

In Time magazine's annual poll to identify who will make the most impact in 2010, Taylor's name is among the top 40 on the list, just above some powerful Hollywood names including James Cameron, Ellen DeGeneres, Betty White, Rachael Ray, Clint Eastwood and Meryl Streep. Taylor also appeared on the list last year, with the top honor going to President Barack Obama.

With four Grammy awards, her sold-out worldwide Fearless tour and being named the top-selling digital artist in history, Taylor is the only country musician on Time's poll. Other names on the list include Robert Pattinson, Adam Lambert, Sarah Palin, Tiger Woods, Kanye West and Lady Gaga, who currently holds the No. 1 spot.

Nominated for four ACM Awards this month, including Entertainer of the Year, Taylor is now hard at work on an upcoming album. Taylor Swift fans can click here to vote in the Time poll. The winner will be announced on April 29.
