Taylor Swift received quite the appropriate gift for her 18th birthday -- a pink truck. The country sensation celebrated her big day Thursday with a star-studded party in Nashville. Guests included Kellie Pickler, John Rich, Chuck Wicks and Big Machine Records President Scott Borchetta, who gave the birthday girl keys to a bubblegum-pink Chevy pickup. The truck matched Swift's attire for the night -- a pink Betsy Johnson dress.

"It was between this and a black dress," she tells People magazine, "but I knew all my friends would be in black, so I went with the pink. I love pink!"

Swift has had a lot to celebrate lately. After receiving the CMA's coveted Horizon Award last month, she also scored a Grammy nomination for Best New Artist and a No. 1 spot on the charts with her latest single, 'Our Song.'

"What I really wanted for my birthday was a No. 1 record, and I got that, too!" she said.
