Americana singer-songwriter Sam Morrow is sharing a blues-tinged live performance of his song "Quick Fix" exclusively with The Boot's readers. Press play above to watch Morrow and his band groove out the new song.

Morrow and his backing band are the stars of this music video, filmed during a performance at the Extended Play Sessions Fallout Shelter in Norwood, Mass. Swampy riffs, irresistible grooves and Morrow's gravelly, growly vocals provide the backbone for the tune, which is all about the cheap pleasure of instant gratification.

"Baby, won't you gimme the quick fix / Oh, baby, it's the only way," sings Morrow. "No, I don't have time to listen / And I ain't got much to say ..."

"Quick Fix" appears on Morrow's recently released album, titled Concrete and Mud. It's the followup project to his 2013 record Ephemeral, and brings a hell of a lot more swagger to the table than his previous effort. Produced by Eric Corne, the album was recorded mostly live on a vintage console, and the native Texan's home state's influence is evident.

Fans can now stream Concrete and Mud on Spotify. Visit SamMorrowMusic.com for more on the artist and his upcoming tour dates.
