Rich O'Toole has released a new single, "Talk About the Weather." The song, a duet with artist Stephanie Lynn, is a poetic take on a couple that regrets their decision to break up.

The emotional tune, which features lines like, "Can I just call you up and talk about the weather? / Is it cold where you are? / Are you wearing your favorite sweater? / It's raining over here / I've been missing you forever / Is that all there is to say? / So let's just talk about the weather," is from an upcoming new album.

O'Toole, who has toured with major country artists such as Willie Nelson, Dierks Bentley, the Eli Young Band, Lee Brice and others, is currently wrapping up his own Spring Mid-West Acoustic Tour, with dates in Oklahoma and Texas closing out the trek this weekend. The Texan also recently hit the road on his 2014 Jaded Tour, which took place last fall.

“If I didn’t love playing city after city so much, I wouldn’t do it,” O'Toole says.

Although his current tour is winding down, O'Toole has various shows scheduled throughout May and June. A complete list of his upcoming shows is available on his website.
