When she has a rare day off, Reba McEntire loves nothing more than to relax at her Nashville home (on 14,000 acres!), kicking back with a tall glass of sweet tea. And when he's home in Charleston, S.C., Darius Rucker hangs out in his media room, watching several football games at the same time on six flat-screen TVs.

In the latest issue of PEOPLE Country, the stars open their homes for a closer look at the special places where they spend their time out of the spotlight.

Gretchen Wilson says of her Tennessee farm, complete with log cabin and recording studio, "People ask me where I go to get away, and I say 'home.' I can see being here the rest of my life." And newly-engaged Holly Williams, who once had her sights set on a career in interior design, says of the vintage armoire found in her home, "I love to think there are ghosts behind the furniture."

In addition to the PEOPLE Country September 2009 issue, which is on newsstands now, CMT will air a special featuring exclusive, behind-the-scenes footage of photo shoots and interviews with these stars and more, including Brad Paisley, Kenny Rogers (another budding interior designer) and Jimmy Wayne. The special premieres today (Friday, Aug. 7) at 1:30 PM ET, and will encore Saturday at 1:30 PM and Sunday at 11:00 AM.
