Rascal Flatts and Keith Urban are heading to Las Vegas. The two acts will headline the ACM Party for a Cause Festival on April 4-5, which will also include performances by Joe Nichols, Chris Young and Jerrod Niemann, as well as the three finalists for the ACM New Artist of the Year.

Rascal Flatts will take the stage on April 4, headlining the Outnumber Hunger Live event, which will also feature Thomas Rhett and the Cadillac Three, as well as several other artists who will be announced at a later date. Sponsored by General Mills, Big Machine Label Group and Feeding America, the concert will help combat hunger in local communities.

Urban will take the stage on April 5, along with Nichols, Niemann, Young and the three finalists. The concert, presented by ACM Lifting Lives, will benefit several military charities.

The show will take place at LINQ on the Las Vegas strip. The open-air entertainment district includes the world's tallest observation wheel, the High Roller. Interactive games and a country music shopping experience will also be available during the two-day event, which will mark the first-ever special event held in the new space.

The two-day festival falls one day before the ACM Awards, which will take place on April 6 at the MGM Garden Arena. The show, hosted by Blake Shelton and Luke Bryan, will air live on CBS.
