Rascal Flatts’ Joe Don Rooney and Tiffany Fallon Welcome Baby Girl

Rascal Flatts guitarist Joe Don Rooney and his wife, model and TV personality Tiffany Fallon, welcomed a baby girl into their family in Nashville on Monday (Sept. 29).

Devon Olivia was born at 7:01 PM weighing 6 lbs., 11 oz.. She is the couple's third child; their son Jagger Donovan is six, and their other daughter Raquel Blue is four.

“We are so thrilled to finally become a party of five,” the couple tell People magazine. “Jagger and Raquel are so happy to be her big brother & big sister.”

39-year-old Rooney married Fallon  — who was Playboy’s Playmate of the Year in 2005 — in April of 2006. She has also appeared in videos — most notably Toby Keith‘s clip for ‘Who’s Your Daddy’ — and competed on a season of ‘Celebrity Apprentice.’
