HGTV stars Drew and Jonathan Scott have entered the world of country music with the release of two brand-new songs.

The twins are best known for their television show Property Brothers, on which they help couples find and remodel fixer-uppers into dream homes, but the duo debuted two country songs, "Let the Night Shine In" and "Hold On," during a special edition of the show, titled Property Brothers at Home on the Ranch, on Nov. 25. The episode took the brothers to Alberta, Canada, for a renovation of a family friend's estate.

"Music has just always been part of our lives, something we're passionate about. We grew up on a ranch where most weekend nights ended in us all around the campfire, with our dad, playing guitar," the Scotts tell the Hollywood Reporter. "There have been times in our lives where people have told us something just can't be done, and we've become addicted to proving these naysayers wrong."

Drew and Jonathan Scott traveled to Nashville to co-write "Let the Night Shine In" and "Hold On" with Victoria Shaw and Chad Carlson. There is no word, however, about if a larger country project is in the works.

Fans can hear snippets of both tunes on the Hollywood Reporter website, and both tracks are available for download via iTunes and Amazon.
