5 Best Things We Saw at Miranda Lambert’s Roadside Bars & Pink Guitars Tour
On Saturday, Sept. 28, Miranda Lambert's Roadside Bars & Pink Guitars tour arrived in Columbus, Ohio. The all-women trek—which also featured Elle King and Tenille Townes, as well as a Pistol Annies set—lived up to expectations and then some.
Before embarking on the tour, Lambert explained that each of the women she selecting as supporting acts -- which include Maren Morris, Caylee Hammack and Ashley McBryde at other stops -- inspire her in different ways. Lambert praised Townes as a rising artist who "[has] something to say, and [does] it in her own way."
"Elle King is a brave, confident and unapologetic artist who is honest about her life and uses it for her art," Lambert adds. "My fellow Pistol Annies are not only some of my best friends and writing partners, but also make me want to be a better artist every time we take the stage together."
That diverse blend of onstage energy shone through during the show, and it wasn't the only reason Lambert's current trek is not to be missed. Here are the 5 best things we saw at the show.
