Miranda Lambert Weighs In on Kim Kardashian Divorce

"I just feel sorry for her in a way," newlywed Miranda Lambert tells CMT, commenting on reality starlet Kim Kardashian's high-profile divorce after just 72 days of marriage. "In another way, I don't because you get what you asked for. Living that kind of a lifestyle, you're gonna have backlash. It's stressful enough to get married for regular people, like Blake and I, and I can't imagine all that pressure on her."

As for her own happy marriage to country star and 'The Voice' coach Blake Shelton, Miranda insists, "Divorce is not an option. That's what my mom has always said. That's what I'm gonna take to my marriage."

"I think it's sad that that's the headline news -- that Kim Kardashian got divorced," Miranda continues. "There are way bigger issues to deal with, and it kind of makes me think we need to check ourselves ... If it wasn't for her, I probably would have been on cover of USA Today."

While we can safely assume her week has been less chaotic than Kim's, Miranda has been crossing the country celebrating the release of the new album, 'Four the Record.'
