Miranda Lambert has an announcement in the works, but she isn't ready to share too many details just yet. The country superstar shared a mysterious video post to Instagram on Thursday (April 4), and though the clip is short and sweet, it's enough to get plenty of fans buzzing.

The video shows a neon sign and arrow lighting up, with the words "Coming Soon" displayed in the marquee. The letters are black, with the exception of a pink 'G' at the end of the first word. Lambert captioned the video with a simple smirking emoji, revealing no further details about exactly what kind of new project she has in the works.

Lambert's most recent album, The Weight of These Wings, came out in in November of 2016. Since then, she has also released a new record with her trio, the Pistol Annies, a group that also includes Angaleena Presley and Ashley Monroe. That project, Interstate Gospelcame out in November of 2018. Since its release, Lambert has been busy touring with the Annies and performing solo.

She is also scheduled to perform at the 2019 ACM Awards alongside George Strait. The team-up comes as a part of the annual awards show's ACM Flashbacks series, which highlights collaborations between iconic country legends and modern-day superstars.

In personal news, Lambert also surprised fans in 2019 by announcing that she had secretly gotten married to Brendan McLoughlin. The news came as an even bigger shock to fans due to the fact that Lambert had never previously mentioned her new husband in interviews or on social media.
