With their May 14 wedding date less than two months away, more details are slowly emerging about the impending nuptials between Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton.

"We decided we're getting married in Texas, and that's all I can say as far as that goes!" the bride tells Oklahoma City's KJKE radio station (quote via Taste of Country). "I'm from there, and it's not too far from Oklahoma, so we thought it'd be a good place."

The seven-time ACM nominee, including a nod for Entertainer of the Year, has somehow dodged the pre-wedding jitters. "I'm going into it with complete confidence," she tells Redbook magazine. "Marriage is gonna be your stability through everything. It's someone who always has your back. And it makes me want to be a better woman so I can be that for Blake. Forever."

As for Blake, he's certainly not nervous either. He claims his only wedding job was to arrange the music at the reception -- and for that, he just had to call buddy Neal McCoy, who's been confirmed to sing at what will surely be a star-studded party.

The future Mr. and Mrs. Shelton will both be in Las Vegas this weekend for the Academy of Country Music Awards. Blake is co-hosting the show with Reba McEntire, and both he and Miranda will take the stage to perform. The ACM Awards will air live from Las Vegas on Sunday, April 3 at 8:00 PM ET on CBS.
