'Tis the season for Christmas-themed music videos. Martina McBride was in Franklin, Tenn., Wednesday (Nov. 7) to film a new clip for "Please Come Home for Christmas," according to Nashville's Tennessean newspaper. The tune appears on the upcoming A Very Special Christmas 25th Anniversary compilation album that benefits the Special Olympics.

"The Christmas season is by far the McBride family's favorite time of the year," says the angelic-voiced mom of three. "Holiday music is some of my most favorite to sing and it reminds me of the memories I have growing up that I've shared with my daughters."

Martina was joined in Franklin's town square by her band and roughly 40 extras, including 12 Special Olympians. The compilation album was released on Oct. 16 and features various artists, including Rascal Flatts on "Mary, Did You Know?" and Vince Gill's "Breath of Heaven (Mary's Song)."

As for the songstress, she'll have plenty of time to get into the holiday spirit as she heads out on her Christmas tour later this month. Martina's 16-city trek makes its first stop in Atlanta on Nov 23. Find more tour dates here.
