For Luke Bryan, the show doesn't necessarily always need to go on. The singer abruptly stopped his Friday night (Oct. 25) show at the MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre in Tampa, Fla., when a fight broke out among concertgoers.

Tampa Bay's 103.5 reports that Bryan quickly stopped singing as the lights went down, while arena staff attended to those involved. He handed some towels to innocent bystanders caught in the action, and then laid down the law before he continued the show.

"I'm sorry I stopped the show, but we had someone who was fighting down here," he said. "Anybody who fights again, we're going to send your ass to jail. I know everybody's drinking and having a good time, but we've got a lot of children in here, we've got a lot of country girls in here."

Bryan, who continued the rest of the show without incident, isn't the only country artist who has had to break up a fight. Tim McGraw, Miranda Lambert and Chris Young each have a history of stopping a show to handle a dispute.

The 'Drink a Beer' singer wrapped up his Dirt Road Diaries tour the following night, Oct. 26, with a sold-out show in Bossier City, La. He will enjoy a couple months at home before he kicks off his That's My Kind of Night Tour on Jan. 16 in Columbus, Ohio. See his upcoming dates here.
