Luke Bryan is officially a household name. The singer-songwriter and his family, including his wife, Caroline, and two boys, Bo and Tatum, have had to face some surprising perils from him being a famous entertainer.

"Someone was knocking on the door last night at 3AM -- and that happens all the time," Bryan's wife tells People magazine. "I've seen people go through our trash."

The reigning ACM Entertainer of the Year soared into the spotlight with his 2011 hit, 'Country Girl (Shake It For Me), and life has been non-stop since then.

"Who would have thought that a few songs about shaking your ass would lead to all this?" Bryan jokes. "We're putting on a show and if I'm dancing and having fun, you can take a shot of the crowd and they've got smiles glued to their faces."

Not that life has always been easy for the 37-year-old. He lost both his brother, Chris, in a car accident in 1996. followed by the unexpected death of his sister, Kelly, in 2007. But Bryan insists he still has plenty to smile about.

"I always just chalked it up as God has a plan and I can't get caught up in questioning that too much," he says. "I'm a really, really optimistic and really, really positive person. My main thing is enjoy life. Celebrate life."

He adds, "Being me right now is just amazing. My life is truly everything I could have dreamed it would be."

Bryan is nominated for three CMA Awards this year, including the coveted Entertainer of the Year. He is currently on his Farm Tour, after which he resumes his Dirt Road Diaries tour on Oct. 17. See all of his upcoming shows here.
