Love and Theft Singer Stephen Barker Liles and Fiancee Welcome Baby Boy

Love and Theft singer Stephen barker Liles and his fiancee, Jenna Kennedy, have welcomed a baby boy.

"Jett Barker Liles is here! It was the greatest rush I have ever experienced!" the 'If You Ever Get Lonely' singer said in a statement from the hospital. "Jenna and I are so thrilled to be parents. It's the best thing that has happened to us."

Jett was born at 8:40AM on Monday morning (Dec. 2) in Nashville. He weighed in at seven pounds, seven ounces, and 20 1/2 inches, and his father proudly says he got part of his looks from each parent: "He has Jenna's lips and my nose."

The delivery went smoothly, according to Liles. "Jenna was awesome, calm and collected the entire time," he says. "We checked in, stayed up all night and watched 'Sports Center' and 'Friends,' and listened to Mozart during the delivery."

Stephen's mother, sister Rebekah, and brothers Brent and Andrew all stayed the night to greet Jett, and his Love and Theft band mate Eric Gunderson, his wife Emily and baby Camden plan to meet Jett Monday. "They [Camden Gunderson and Jett] are gonna be best friends!" Liles predicts.

"We can't wait to take him home and for the whole world to meet him! He's ready to start instagram-ing and tweeting right away," he jokingly adds.
