Love and Theft’s Eric Gunderson and Wife Announce Baby News

Love and Theft's Eric Gunderson and his wife of almost three years, Emily, have exciting news to share: They're expecting their first baby!

"I'm beyond excited to share another journey through life with my best friend and husband," Emily told Taste of Country. "I pray not only for a healthy baby, but for a baby that is as talented in music as his sweet and handsome father!"

The couple tell the site that Emily is 13-weeks pregnant and the baby is due May 18, 2013.

"I've wanted to be a father forever," says the "Angel Eyes" singer, "and now I feel like we're in a place in our career where it won't be the most nerve-wracking thing ever. I feel like I can support a family now ... We're really excited."

The couple were married in April 2010.
