Logan Brill is hitting the road this summer for tour stops with some of country's biggest names.

The Knoxville, Tenn., native has shows scheduled all summer, performing next to country stars like Ashley Monroe, Josh Turner, Willie Nelson, Alison Krauss and the Eli Young Band.

Brill released her debut album 'Walking Wires' last October, and the singer believes the album is a departure from the pop sound heard in a lot of today's country music.

“I’m generally an extremely happy person,” she says. “I only have very few days a year that I’m down, but I’m really into depressing music. I’m really into music that’s intimate in that sense, even if it’s something that I’ve never experienced before. I’m drawn to the level of depth that you don’t get in upbeat songs.”

'Walking Wires' is available on iTunes and Amazon.
