Lena Stone's song "Hotel" and its music video are all about living large (for a few hours, at least) with your besties, but as a new behind-the-scenes clip proves -- and as every woman knows -- it takes a lot to look good for a night out. Press play above to watch.

Stone filmed her "Hotel" music video with director Logan Christopher, whom the singer calls "one of my best friends. He created a sparkly, pink-hued girls' night out -- including, as the behind-the-scenes clip shows, a whole bunch of champagne! -- to accompany the song, and Stone got to enjoy it with her real-life friends.

"The "Hotel" video is the most creative visual we've created for one of my songs yet!" Stone tells The Boot. To Parade, she adds that shooting the video was a memory "that will last a lifetime."

"I had all my girlfriends with me, laughing and dancing around a hotel room," she recalls. "And what girl doesn’t want to drink bubbly in the back of a pink limo?!”

A Carlisle, Mass., native, Stone began writing songs at the young age of eight, and was playing guitar at 14. She moved to Nashville on the advice of songwriter Darrell Brown, whom Stone met at a Grammy Songwriting Camp in Los Angeles, and graduated from the city's Vanderbilt University with an economics degree.

Stone released her self-titled debut EP in 2018 and, most recently, dropped a single, "Kids These Days," in July. Visit LenaStone.com to learn more.
