Kellie Pickler Returns to ‘American Idol’

Kellie Pickler will return to the stage where America first fell in love with her. The country songbird will perform her new single, 'Best Days of Your Life,' on the April 8 episode of 'American Idol.'

"Going back to American Idol is like going to a family reunion -- well, it's more fun than going to my family reunions," Pickler jokes on her MySpace page. "Seriously, it's always great to see the gang and feel the excitement from the contestants."

Pickler co-wrote 'Best Days of Your Life' with her buddy Taylor Swift, who also appears in the sassy new music video for the song. Watch it after the jump.
