Kellie Pickler is one former 'American Idol' who refuses to diss Simon Cowell. The country cutie says she agrees with fellow 'Idol' Carrie Underwood's recent comments that contestants need to stop talking back to Cowell and take his sometimes harsh comments "like a man."

"Most of the people that are on the show have not had much experience, and Simon, Randy [Jackson] and Paula [Abdul] are all there to give us sharp criticism," Pickler tells Dial-Global. "And if you can't take sharp criticism in this industry, you're in the wrong profession."

Plus, Pickler insists that the three judges' opinions come from years of experience and success in the business. And she often agrees with them.

"Nine times out of ten, Simon's right on the money!" she says.

Pickler was one of Cowell's favorites on the fifth season of 'Idol.' She placed sixth on the show.
