Kellie Pickler Receives Sexy Surprise

Kellie Pickler was recently named PETA's Sexiest Vegetarian ... No joke, Kellie.

"I just found out and I didn't believe it," Kellie told The Boot when we asked the blond beauty about her latest accolade. "I googled it to make sure it wasn't a lie!"

Kellie admits she sometimes relies on the grapevine to hear news about herself. This news was a welcomed surprise. "It's an honor," she says. "It makes me feel really good ... especially with all the people that were in the category. I wouldn't have picked myself!"

Characteristically unassuming, Kellie still can't quite grasp her celebrity status, despite four Top 20 singles and more than 500,000 albums sold. "Every time I get in the car and hear my song on the radio, it's just like hearing it for the first time," says a wide-eyed Kellie. "I'll never take it for granted."

Kellie is currently touring as the opening act on her good buddy Taylor Swift's Fearless tour.
