Kellie PIcklerKellie Pickler is not only a country artist, but she's a fan of the music as well, so she counts herself among those anxious to see what tonight's CMA Awards show has in store.

"Long before 'American Idol,' I watched the CMA's, and just to be able to be in the same room with all those people ... I've followed their careers and bought their music and had their posters on the walls, it's really cool to be in the room with that much talent," says the singer.

A 2008 CMA nominee for Best New Artist, Kellie admits she does get nervous about performing and presenting on awards shows. "It's a little scary with what you're doing, even if you just have to sit there, because I'm bound to mess that up just sitting there! It's a little overwhelming the first couple of times you do it, but once I think the third, fourth time around, you kind of realize that it's just a big family. Everybody wants to see everybody do well. And I think in country music, we're all about embracing one another."

Kellie has embraced her fashionista side as well, and the "Didn't You Know How Much I Loved You" singer plans to wear a designer dress to this year's CMA show that she can only describe as silver and liquid looking. "I don't know what the material is ... it's different. I've never worn a dress like this. The material looks like liquid, so I will be, I guess, 'Liquid Woman.'"

Kellie's dress is by designer David Meister, whose creations have also draped such celebs as Tina Fey, Kelly Clarkson, Diane Lane, Mariah Carey, Sharon Stone and Jennifer Hudson.

Kellie is currently set to present the CMA Song of the Year on tonight's show, which airs live beginning at 8 p.m. (ET) on ABC.
