Keith Urban turned in a unique solo version of his hit, 'Cop Car,' at the 2014 CMT Music Awards.

The superstar performed the song -- from his current album, 'Fuse' -- at the world famous Bluebird Cafe in Nashville, where many of country's finest cut their teeth. The venue is prominently featured in the ABC hit show, 'Nashville.'

Clad simply in black, Urban delivered a version of the song that centered on his voice and guitar, but there was another unique twist in store for the audience. As he swung into the last chorus, it was revealed that the Bluebird Cafe performance was taped previously, and Urban was present at the awards show to finish the song in the round, surrounded by the audience on all sides.

Urban will kick off his 2014 Raise ‘Em Up Tour on July 12 in Alberta, Canada, with Jerrod Niemann and Brett Eldredge serving as his opening acts. See a list of all of his upcoming shows here.
