The Johnny Cash Museum will host an inaugural Johnny Cash Birthday Bash for the Man in Black, to celebrate what would have been his 82nd birthday.

The three-day event will be held Feb. 28-March 2 and feature celebrity guests, including several of his own family members.

“We are thrilled to bring back the Johnny Cash Birthday Celebration and even more so to bring it to Nashville for the first time,” museum founder Bill Miller says. “We have a long tradition of bringing Johnny’s fans together with his family, friends and peers in an intimate celebration of his life.”

John Carter Cash, Joanne Cash (Yates), Tommy Cash, W.S. Holland, Joe Cash, Johnny Western and David Roe are among the artists who will perform for the celebration, along with several surprise guests.

Cash's actual birthday is Feb. 26. He passed away on Sept. 12, 2003, at the age of 71, from complications from diabetes.

The Johnny Cash Museum is located in Nashville. Tickets for the Johnny Cash Birthday Bash are $55 and are available for purchase here.
