February has been a busy month so far for Joey + Rory: They released their final album, Hymns That Are Important to Uscelebrated what may be their final Valentine's Day together, were nominated for Best Country Duo / Group Performance at the 2016 Grammy Awards, earned an honor from the state of Indiana and celebrated their daughter Indiana's second birthday.

"This has been a week to remember," Rory Feek writes in a new blog post. "There have been big parties for little people and small losses with great lessons … and we even had a romantic night filled with more love for each other than we even thought was possible.

"But mostly," Feek adds, "this has been a week filled with thankfulness."

Indeed, through all of the excitement, love and milestones reached, the husband-and-wife duo have been reminded that, while awards and album sales are great, "just being able to wake up and look into the eyes of the people we care about and tell them that we love them is enough. Everything else is just icing on the cake."

"The truth is, God has blessed us with the gift of something even bigger than a Grammy award this year ... perspective," Feek explains.

In his post, Feek shares touching photos of himself and Joey Feek watching the Grammys together and celebrating Valentine's Day, as well as pictures of their family and friends at Indy's birthday party (plus some adorable shots of the birthday girl enjoying her cake!).

"Thank you Lord that we were able to all be together for this special day, for this special week," Rory Feek concludes. "Thank you, thank you, thank you."
