Valentine's Day is a little like Christmas for Jason Aldean. More than likely, he'll be out shopping the morning of the lovers holiday, looking for that special present for his wife Jessica. However, the Georgia native does have a good reason to be busy leading up to the day.

"Jessica and I usually celebrate with the two of us going out for a nice dinner," Jason tells The Boot, before adding the 'but' to the sentence. "Our oldest daughter, Keeley, was born on Valentine's Day, so usually we focus on her birthday on Feb. 14. Then Jessica and I will go out to dinner another evening to celebrate Valentine's Day and have some time to ourselves."

Jason says he always gets Jessica a Valentine's gift, and he always shops for it himself. The problem lies in when he shops.

"I'm pretty bad. I'm the biggest procrastinator in the world so I'm usually out there on the 13th, or maybe even the morning of the 14th, doing my Valentine's shopping," the singer admits. "Once every couple years, I'll get it done a week ahead of time, but this isn't one of those years!"

Don't expect Jason to end up in the doghouse, though. He and Jessica were in Los Angeles for the Grammy Awards on Feb. 12, where the chart-topper and Kelly Clarkson wowed the audience and viewers at home with their rendition of 'Don't You Wanna Stay.'

Jason returns to his 'My Kinda Party' tour Feb. 16 in Green Bay, Wis. The following night, Feb. 17, he is in St. Paul, Minn., and on Feb. 18 he's in Cedar Falls, Iowa. Joining Jason on the trek are Luke Bryan and Lauren Alaina.
