Miranda Lambert Catches Jamie Foxx Being a ‘Liar’

Movie star and musician Jamie Foxx had quite a surprise for Grammy nominee Miranda Lambert after the awards ceremony Sunday night (Jan. 31). When Miranda walked into Jamie's post-Grammy party at the Conga Room, he announced, "Miranda Lambert is in the house," then launched into his own special rap version of the singer's No. 1 hit, 'White Liar.'

Miranda was delighted with Jamie's interpretation of the tune and thrilled to have the opportunity to talk with him. During their chat, the Oscar winner told the country star that he'd love to write with her. Jamie has firmly established himself as a country-music follower, having performed on the CMA Awards with Rascal Flatts and on George Strait's Artist of the Decade concert TV special last spring.

Miranda may have her first chance to write with Jamie later this month when she returns to Los Angeles while on tour with Brad Paisley and Justin Moore. Plans also call for her to visit the 'Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson,' where she'll perform 'White Liar.'
