Jake Owen had a very special guest to celebrate his recent No. 1 hit. The singer-songwriter was joined by his own daughter, Olive Pearl, when he was honored on Monday night (Sept. 22) for his chart-topping single, 'Beachin.'

The platinum-selling tune was written by Jaren Johnston, Jon Nite and Jimmy Robbins, and Owen says he hopes they continue to deliver him their hits.

“I appreciate you guys giving me your craft and allowing me to be the voice of it,” the Florida native shared during the party (quote via Country Weekly). “I listen to every song that is pitched to me and I get really excited when someone is thoughtful enough to send [a song] my way. Please continue to send them.”

With lines like, "And it's sunshine, blue eyes, tan lines, slow tide rollin' / White sand, cold can, koozie in my hand, just a summertime strolling / Chillin', breezing, sippin', singin' whoa," the tune was the perfect warm-weather hit, even for his little girl.

As Owen was on stage at the ASCAP building, where the party was held, Pearl ran from mom Lacey's arms up to her proud dad, and then, with a little prompting, sang a few lines into the microphone before running back to her mother.

“You know a song is good when a little kid sings it!” Owen quipped.

Owen will continue his Days of Gold Tour this weekend with shows in Alabama and North Carolina. See all of his upcoming dates here.
