Carrie Underwood Just Flexed In the Best Possible Way [WATCH]
Carrie Underwood closed Carolina Country Music Fest in a driving rain that might have sent another artist's fans scurrying.
If we're being honest, there are plenty of artists that might have scurried, or at least tried to keep dry beneath the short outdoor ceiling that protects equipment at music festivals.
- Underwood didn't perform at CMA Fest this year. This show was in Myrtle Beach, S.C.
- "Before He Cheats" was her 25th song of the night.
- Musically, Underwood is between albums after releasing Denim & Rhinestones in 2022.

Video shows Underwood rounding the corner to strut down her catwalk. High heels + rain = a slip-and-fall accident nine times out of 10. How in the world did she know she was No. 1?
Here's video shared by Team Underwood. More video follows, and it's worth checking out multiple angels to appreciate her flex.
This happened on Sunday night (June 9). Fans lining her stage relished the moment and Underwood seemed to feed off that energy. With rain beating down on her (and them) she powered through "Before He Cheats."
If this feels familiar, it's because it was an repeat of a similar set of circumstances from a concert in New Jersey in late 2021. Once again she was closing with "Before He Cheats" and once again she rose up to meet the moment.
On TikTok, a fan named @ravello22 captured it all from Underwood's right. This angle shows she was battling wind as well.
Carrie Underwood Falls Off Stage?
TMZ found video of Underwood exiting the stage after the rain-soaked performed. She appears to fall off the back of the stage but it's hard to see how she impacts the ground.
Underwood has only a handful of festival shows remaining in 2024 before she resumes her Las Vegas residency in August and October.
