When Frankie Ballard sat down with The Boot, pop singer Katy Perry, actress Meghan Fox and the scent of a woman's hair were all topics of conversation, leaving no mystery: he's a huge fan of the female persuasion. With the release of his new single, 'A Buncha Girls,' the blonde headturner confirms his place as a budding hearthrob in country music.

Frankie burst on to the music scene after winning Kenny Chesney's 'Next Big Star' competition in 2008, subsequently opening for the country supestar on selected dates. His debut single 'Tell Me You Get Lonely' gained traction at radio, cracking the Top 30 earlier this year.

His latest offering, however, is a huge departure from vulnerable 'Lonely.' The guitar-driven uptempo track, with mentions of margaritas, beaches and beautiful ladies, has all the makings of becoming Frankie's breakout hit and this year's summer anthem.

Fans may download 'A Buncha Girls' from iTunes starting Tuesday (March 1). Frankie's 'Tell Me You Get Lonely' three-song EP is currently available for download.
