Goth-tinged chanteuse Amy Lee led Evanescence to the band's first-ever No. 1 with the release of their latest, 'The Open Door.' The follow-up to the 6-time platinum-selling 'Fallen' sold 447,000 copies, according to Nielsen SoundScan.

The Killers bowed at No. 2 with their sophomore release, 'Sam's Town,' selling 315,000 copies. The debut tops the Las Vegas rockers' previous effort, 'Hot Fuss,' which peaked at No. 7. Meanwhile, country vet George Strait slid in at No. 3 with 232,000 copies of his latest, 'It Just Comes Natural.' This marks Strait's 30th charting album.

Rounding out the Top 5 were Tony Bennett's 'Duets: An American Classic' -- featuring collaborations with John Legend, the Dixie Chicks and Elton John, among others -- and Justin Timberlake's 'FutureSex/LoveSounds,' which sold 128,000 and 116,000 copies, respectively.
