Dierks Bentley Welcomes Baby Girl

Dierks and Cassidy Bentley are the proud parents of a baby girl. Evalyn Day Bentley was born late Saturday night at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, weighing in at 7 lbs, 10 ozs. Evie, as they plan to call her, is the couple's first child, and Dierks is already thinking about a sibling for her.

"My baby is only 12 hours old, and I already feel like I'm missing moments, so I think there will probably be more kids," the country star told Steph in the City after his annual Miles and Music for Kids charity event on Sunday.

With the exception of a show in Japan later this month, Dierks plans to take a break from touring to stay at home with his new daughter.
